Camper fire under investigation in Harrison County

Fire destroyed a camper trailer on Hand Road on Wednesday night in West Harrison County, a news release from county Fire Chief Pat Sullivan said.

The Harrison County Fire Marshals Office and Harrison County Sheriffs Department are investigating the fire’s cause.

The camper, which was in a resident’s back yard, was unoccupied when it caught fire. West Harrison Fire, Pass Christian, and Harrison County Fire Services responded and found the trailer heavily engulfed in fire.
