Funky, mannequin-filled Mississippi Coast house for sale goes viral on Zillow Gone Wild
“I have so many questions about this home.”
That’s the first line on the Zillow Gone Wild caption that features a unique Gautier home for sale that its owner describes as a “70’s house party’ turned into a work of art.
The house’s unique interior is unlike any other real estate in the Mississippi Coast city and is listed for $434,000. The 3,400 square foot home has three bedrooms, four bathrooms and sits on 2.46 acres.
But the Jackson County estate turned heads when photos allowed the public inside. Guests are greeted by topless mannequin that beams light out of its chest. Mannequins are a staple in near every room of the home. There’s a wall of mirrors in the purple great room, bold colors throughout and a custom shower built for royalty.

Zillow Gone Wild, a popular Instagram account that features funky, unusual and quirky houses listed on the real estate website, featured the home on Sunday.
The post had 1,275 comments and more than 30,000 likes by Monday morning. Zillow Gone Wild has 1.5 million followers.

The house’s owner, Joe Jarmusz, remodeled and furnished the home, he told the Sun Herald in April.
“Live in what you love,” he said. “People have colorful clothes and shirts, why not your home?”
The house can be sold furnished.
