‘The wow wow factor.’ Coast house for sale featured on Facebook page with 3.6M followers.
“This is my dream home.”
“This house has the WOW WOW FACTOR.”
“This house is perfection.”
These comments and more like them were left by hundreds of people from across the United States after seeing a unique piece of Biloxi real estate was featured on For The Love Of Old Houses, a popular Facebook group that takes its 3.6 million followers inside historic and old homes that are for sale across the country.
The house sits on the Biloxi Back Bay and was transformed into a Mississippi-meets-Palm Springs oasis by Biloxi native Angela Guice-Tyrsen and her husband, Mikael Tyrsen.
Guice-Tyrsen is the owner of NuContext Creative, a full-service marketing and advertising agency based in California. They’ve worked with dozens of major brands and clients, including a Pfizer commercial during the Oscars and “The Kardashians” on Hulu.
The post calls their house with a vibrant yellow door an “absolutely stunning waterfront home on 1 acre in Biloxi.”
The home, featured in the Sun Herald earlier this month, is listed for $1.3 million. The couple bought and renovated the property after it sat empty for years after being destroyed in Hurricane Katrina.
