Pass man arrested on drug, weapons charges
A Pass Christian man has been arrested on felony drug and gun charges.
Harrison County Sheriff Troy Peterson said Rhett Raphael Peters, 40, was arrested Wednesday on charges of conspiracy to possess and distribute meth and possession of a firearm by a felon.
Peterson said a search warrant was issued for Peters’ home in the 6000 block of Kiln Delisle Road. During the search of the home, about 10 grams of meth, an AK-47 and a 30/30 rifle were found, Peterson said.
Peters was present at the home during the search.
Peters was taken to the Hancock County Adult Detention Center and he is being held without bond pending federal proceedings.
