'Tell me what turns you on,' is Gulfport man's message to teen

GULFPORT -- A Gulfport man is accused of using a fetish website to contact a woman about having sex with her and her 13-year-old daughter, a court document said.

Federal agents arrested Gregory Dodd, 53, after he set up a meeting with the mother in an area where he was working on 28th Street, a Homeland Security Investigations agent said in a criminal complaint.

An undercover agent used fictitious screen names and messenger handles to act as the mother and daughter as part of an investigation of people using a website that promotes "sexual behavior of all types and non-traditional sexual fetishes."

Dodd is held with no bond on suspicion of enticing a minor to have sexual activity.

U.S. marshals took him to federal court Monday for an initial appearance.

A redacted copy of the criminal complaint was filed Tuesday.

Dodd, whose name at first was unknown, came to the attention of HSI agents and other members of the Gulf Coast Cyber Crime Task Force in February, the 10-page complaint said.

The complaint alleges Dodd unknowingly contacted an undercover agent Feb. 12, 2015, and began sexually explicit discussions that continued for 14 months.

According to emails and private messages shown in the complaint: He discussed watching actual videos of incest and encouraged the fictitious woman to introduce her daughter to him so the three of them could have sex together. He talked about what they could do to each other and about how he had feels aroused when young girls sit on his lap. He talked about having sex with young teens in the Philippines while serving in the military.

An email to the mother said, "I would love for you to tell me what you want to see me do with her. Come on, open up and tell me!!!"

The complaint said Dodd began emailing the daughter in July 2015.

"Your mother and I share the same likes sexually. We both like incest and she really wants to watch us together some time," one message said.

Another said, "So tell me what turns you on sexually. Do you like your mom watching you. Ask her, you can tell me anything."

The undercover agent acting as the mother called Dodd on March 21 on a phone number he had provided, the complaint said, and he asked her if he could have oral sex with her daughter.

The monitored phone call led to Dodd's name, the agent said.

In messages on April 6, he allegedly said he was working on 28th Street in Gulfport and drove a Tahoe and suggested the mother meet him there.

"Me wanting to meet with just you first and you showing me something that a cop wouldn't and couldn't do by law, like showing me your tits and watching me is a good sign..."

Agents arrested Dodd on Friday on suspicion of using the Internet to entice a minor to engage in sexual activity, specifically sexual battery.
