According to the latest criminal affidavits, Dubuisson is accused of the following new offenses:

- Allegedly solicited a teenage boy to produce a visual depiction of sexually explicit conduct on or between April 2024 and August 2025.
- Allegedly solicited a different teenage boy to produce a visual depiction of sexually-explicit conduct on or between January 2023 and December 2024.
- Allegedly solicited another new teenage boy of produce sexually-explicit images on or around June 2023.
- Allegedly solicited another teenage boy to produce images of sexually explicit conduct on or between March 2024 and February 2025.
Dubuisson has been in custody since his initial Dec. 11 arrest on one count of sexual battery and three counts of child exploitation.
In the sexual battery case, Dubuisson is accused of sexually assaulting a young man between Sept. 4 and Sept. 5, 2025. Dubuisson allegedly committed the crimes at different times beginning in 2021.
In addition, Dubuisson has a prior felony arrest in an unrelated drug case after authorities found some cocaine in his wallet during a stop.
