In the sexual battery case, Dubuisson is accused of sexually assaulting a young man between Sept. 4 and Sept. 5, 2025.

On Monday, County Court Judge Mark Watts again denied Dubuisson bond, pending a preliminary hearing set for early next year.

According to the charging documents, Dubuisson exploited at least four other victims in separate child exploitation cases, all involving minor boys. According to court records, the allegations include:

  • Between April 2021 and February 2023, soliciting a minor to produce sexually explicit content.
  • Between October 2022 and February 2023, soliciting a minor boy to produce sexually explicit content.
  • In October 2024, soliciting a minor boy to produce sexually explicit content.
  • Between May 2025 and June 2025, soliciting a minor boy to produce sexually explicit content.
  • Between Aug. 1 and Sept. 12, soliciting a minor boy to meet for sexual purposes.

At the time of his arrest, Dubuisson was out of jail on bond in an unrelated drug case. In that case, agents with the South Mississippi Metro Enforcement Team arrested him Oct. 15 after finding less than two grams of cocaine in his wallet.
