Biloxi mayor calls meeting to talk taxi

Biloxi Mayor Andrew "FoFo" Gilich has called a special meeting for 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at City Hall.

On the agenda is a public hearing to take comments about proposed amended rules and regulations for the Motor Vehicle for Hire Authority.

The council also meets Tuesday at 1:30 p.m.
