Mississippi Highway Patrol identifies man killed in crash on I-10 in South MS
On Saturday, the Mississippi Highway Patrol identified the man killed in a single-car crash Friday on Interstate 10.
Wilmer Rodriguez, a 43-year-old man from Kenner, Louisiana, was traveling west on I-10 in Harrison County when his 2007 Honda Accord ran off the road, overturned and hit a tree at about 5:20 p.m.
Rodriguez received fatal injuries from the crash, according to the MHP, and was pronounced dead at the scene.
This crash remains under investigation by the Mississippi Highway Patrol.
