Coroner identifies Coast motorcyclist who went over side of bridge after crash
A motorcyclist was killed Saturday night in a single-vehicle crash after crossing into Biloxi from Ocean Springs on Highway 90.
Harrison County Deputy Coroner Benjamin Bentz said Monday that Brandon Saucier, 38, from Ocean Springs, was killed in the crash.
Lt. Matt Jalanivich, a spokesman with the Biloxi Police Department, said the rider and the motorcycle were thrown into Biloxi Bay after hitting the bridge’s wall in the crash, and that the driver was recovered and pronounced dead at the scene.
The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
