Dozens of kids, parents and pets gathered on Rue Magnolia for this year’s Boo On The Rue event hosted by the Biloxi Chamber of Commerce.
Featured at the event for attendees to see were chili stands for the chili cook-off and various other local vendors selling jewelry, food and beverages.
After the sun set, winners of the costume contest were announced. Three winners were announced for best kids costume, pet costume and adult costume.
