Gulfport issues boil water notice in area of Duckworth Road

Gulfport is issuing a boil water notice for the area of U.S. 49 from Duckworth Road north to South Swan Road.

The public works department is repairing a water main in the area that also includes Touriel Road and Hidden Acres Trailer Park.

In addition, a water outage is scheduled for Jan. 12 between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. in the same area.
