Double jackpots hit a few days apart at the same South MS casino, on the same machine
Valentine’s week spread a lot of jackpot love at Beau Rivage Resort and Casino in Biloxi.
A player from Gulfport won the first jackpot on Wednesday, Feb. 12. The winner was playing a $100 denomination Triple Double Stars machine with a 1-credit bet when the slot machine hit for a $150,000 jackpot.
Three days later on Saturday, Feb. 15, a person from Birmingham, Alabama, was playing the same machine and on a 2-credit bet won a $300,000 jackpot.
Both winners declined to be identified or photographed.
This is the second time already this year a holiday or big event resulted in jackpot luck at the Beau Rivage.
During a rare snowstorm in January, a person from South Carolina won $270,000 playing a $100 Triple Double Stars slot machine on a $200 bet.
