Winners announced for Taste of Ocean Springs

Vestige, Greenhouse on Porter and Alliance Beverage (Hawk Division) were chosen the favorites at the recent Taste of Ocean Springs Food & Wine Festival.

Nearly 40 area restaurants and drink vendors set up in the L&N Depot Plaza and 500 people attended and voted for their favorites.

Vestige restaurant, 715 Washington Ave., received the most votes for "best entrée" for spice butter-poached shrimp, sauce rouille and wild herb salad.

Greenhouse on Porter, 404 Porter Ave., won "best dessert" for their tiramisu biscuits.

The "best drink" was provided by Alliance Beverage.
