Island View Casino plans summer pool parties

Island View Casino Resort will make a splash next month with two summer pool parties, 6 to 9 p.m. June 9 and June 30.

They will be at the Gulfport resort's beach tower deck south of U.S. 90 in Gulfport, and there will be light food, music and beach views.

Tickets are $20 and include a complimentary drink. They can be purchased by calling 1-877-774-8439, at Ticketmaster.com or at Island View's gift shops.
