Construction has begun on a new Buckle store at Edgewater Mall in Biloxi and other new businesses are coming soon, mall manager Terry Powell, said.

Edgewater Mall hosted the Biloxi Chamber's Breakfast with the Mayor on Wednesday and Powell reported AT&T is getting ready to expand and City Gear will be opening where the Victoria's Secret had been.

Buckle sells brand-name jeans and clothing and City Gear features shoes and apparel.

Powell said he also is excited about a tenant he has lined up to go in the AT&T space, but can't yet reveal the name of the business.
