Corks & Cleaver executive chef David Dickensauge will prepare the next Social Supper -- a seven-course meal to be served Thursday at 100 Men Hall, 303 Union St., Bay St. Louis.

The Social Supper, sponsored by Magnolia Business Alliance and is designed to create a unique dining experience in places people have never dined. The dinners feature local seafood, local beer and local chefs and raise money to give back to small businesses.

The dinner is from 6:30 and 8 p.m. and costs $50. The meal starts with she-crab and smoked corn bisque paired with Lazy Magnolia Southern Pecan beer and continues through courses of grilled Gulf red snapper, grilled New York strip steak and dessert of Brioche bread pudding. All are paired with a Lazy Magnolia beverage and the signature cocktail for the evening is "The Donnie Draper."
