WalletHub has released its annual St. Patrick's Day By The Numbers report that shows $4.4 billion will be spent to celebrate the holiday, and the market value of a pot of gold is $1.2 million.

Other highlights of the report:

-- $35.4 is the average amount each St. Patrick's partier will spend

-- 13 million pints of Guinness will be consumed worldwide on St. Patrick's Day

-- 70 percent is the increase in cabbage shipments during St. Patrick's week

-- 266 is the number of drunken-driving casualties on St. Patrick's Day holiday period from 2010 to 2014

-- $62,141 is the median income for Irish-American households, compared with $53,657 for all households
