Biloxi's Architectural Historical Review Commission last week approved the exterior designs for Patio 44 Restaurant at Main and Water streets, north of McDonald's.
Jerry Creel, community development director, said in his weekly progress report the restaurant developer agreed to comply with minor revisions recommended by the AHRC.
Also last week, certificates of occupancy were issued for Taco Sombrero on Pass Road, O'Malley's Restaurant on Lameuse Street where the former VooDoo Restaurant had been, and the new sales and construction office for Butler Homes on Lorraine Road.
Building-plan reviews were completed for the Dawg House, a pet-care facility to be built on Hopkins Boulevard north of Howard Avenue.
