NASA Shared Services Center at Stennis will administer contract
NASA has awarded a contract to Science Applications International Corp. of McLean, Va., to provide all services necessary to operate the NASA Enterprise Applications Competency Center.
Work will begin Feb. 1 with a potential end date of March 2024, and a total value of $485 million.
The NEACC, at NASA's Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville, Ala., provides services to operate, maintain and enhance key business and mission-supporting platforms, applications and infrastructure used across the agency.
The Enterprise Applications Service Technologies 2 contract will be administered by the NASA Shared Services Center at Stennis Space Center, which performs selected business activities for all NASA centers.
The EAST 2 contract is a cost-plus-performance-fee contract with a period of performance of eight years, consisting of a two-year base, a two-year option and a one-year option in addition to three one-year award term options. Included in the award is an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity feature to provide application service support to additional NASA centers.
