PERSONNEL FILE (Dec. 20)

Joel Blackledge of the Blackledge Law Firm in Gulfport was named one of 2015's 10 Best Family Law Attorneys in Mississippi for Client Satisfaction by the American Institute of Family Law Attorneys. Blackledge earned his law degree from the Mississippi College School of Law in 1997.

Kevin Mullen, engineer with Brown, Mitchell & Alexander Inc. in Gulfport, passed the national exam to earn his status as a professional engineer. Mullen earned his bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Mississippi State University, and he has been with Brown, Mitchell & Alexander Inc. since 2006.

IP Casino Resort recognized its outstanding Team Members of the Month: Brenda Hartley, security, was named the front of the house honoree, and Sylvia Speed, reservations, was named the back of the house honoree. Each team member received gifts and prizes for a job well done.
