MSET to host small business specialist for Lunch & Learn

The Mississippi Enterprise for Technology Center Lunch & Learn on Dec. 17 at Stennis Space Center will feature Ida Lirette, the Small Business Specialist for the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center.

The event is from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Logtown Conference Room in Building 1100.

Lirette will talk about future opportunities, RFPs in process, changes in "Business Portfolios and Customer Alignment" and other opportunities in services and supply areas.

Several Multiple Award Contracts are expiring in the near future and will have re-competes, including their A/V Equipment MAC and Mobile Command, Control, Communications, Computers & Intelligence Solutions MAC.

Registration is required by Tuesday. Those who do not hold a Stennis Space Center security badge must register no later than noon on Tuesday to get a visitor's pass.

Participants can bring a brown bag lunch or sign up for a $15 lunch.
