New Ocean Springs restaurant is Taste of Bourbon

The state Department of Health has approved to open Taste of Bourbon, a new restaurant at 6819 Washington Ave., Ocean Springs.

On the menu are fried oysters, shrimp, catfish, and wings; grilled chicken, hamburgers, cheeseburgers, corn dogs, a variety of salads topped with shrimp, fish, or chicken, sides such as potato salad, jambalaya, and okra. Crawfish bisque and crab and corn are among the soups and for dessert are cheesecake, sweet potato pie and peach cobbler.
