There's No Shortage of Kia Telluride Lease Deals this May
The 2027 Kia Telluride in a Nutshell
Perhaps one of Kia's biggest surprise hits has to be the Telluride. The South Korean automaker tried selling a larger three-row crossover in the form of the largely forgotten Mojave. While it took some time for the company to return to the large three-row crossover segment, it did so with a bang. Dealers even started calling it the Selluride as it was practically flying off showroom floors.
Given its success, it was inevitable that a second generation was made. It was introduced in late 2025 for the 2027 model year, and, as expected, it continues its predecessor's success. The launch of the redesigned Telluride was hotly anticipated, and now that it's in showrooms, it remains one of the fastest-selling crossovers in the market today. Also, for the first time ever, a hybrid model has been added.
2027 Kia Telluride Lease Deals for May
The incredibly popular crossover has several lease deals available this May. Even better news is that it's for gas and hybrid models, so there's no shortage to choose from either. What's interesting here is that the monthly payments are the same for both 24-month and 36-month leases for trims included in the offers. All also have due at signing payments of $3,999.
Starting with the gas models, the Telluride S FWD is $449 per month, while going for the S AWD bumps that up to $469 per month. It's the same as last month's offers, so for those who missed out, the present rates are good news. For those who prefer the electrified model, the EX Hybrid FWD goes for $499 per month, and opting for its AWD version means a monthly rate of $519. Per the usual, mileage is limited to 10,000 per year, and it's $0.20 per mile exceeded. These offers are valid until June 1, 2026.
2027 Kia Telluride Highlights
To say there's no shortage of Telluride trims is a massive understatement. For the gas models alone, there are 10 to choose from, plus 5 more for the hybrid. Put them all together, and there are 15 different kinds of Telluride to choose from, so you're spoiled for choice.
For the gas models, prices range from $39,190 to $56,790, and the trims are LX, S, EX, X-Line EX, SX, X-Line SX, X-Pro SX, SX Prestige, X-Line SX Prestige, and X-Pro SX Prestige. Moving to the hybrids, prices range from $46,490 to $57,590, and the trims are EX, SX, X-Line SX, SX Prestige, and X-Line SX Prestige.
Non-electrified versions of the Telluride are powered by a 2.5-liter Turbocharged engine with 274 hp and 311 lb.-ft. of torque. It's then mated to an eight-speed automatic with all-wheel drive fitted standard from the X-Line EX and up. Meanwhile, the Telluride Hybrid pairs that same turbo engine with a pair of electric motors to deliver 329 hp and 339 lb.-ft. of torque. The hybrid uses a six-speed automatic instead of an eight-speed, and all-wheel drive is included in the X-Line SX, SX Prestige, and X-Line SX Prestige.
Final Thoughts
There's a lot of hype surrounding the Telluride, but thankfully, the popular three-row crossover meets most expectations. While not the bargain it once was, it still offers good value, as even lower trim levels come well-equipped. It's a true three-row crossover, too, as there's actual wiggle room in the rearmost seats. The standard engine is good enough, but the turbo-hybrid has strong pulling power while offering actual efficiency benefits. Truth be told, it's hard to fault the Telluride as a family transportation device, and reasonable leasing rates this month make it all the more tempting to swing by the Kia showroom.
