A rare find, this Diamondhead condo for rent comes with golf course views

The city of Diamondhead is mostly single-family homes and there are no traditional apartment complexes within city limits.

There are some condominium buildings — most near the golf course — but most were built decades ago. Some of the units inside of those condos are renovated and will randomly post for rent or sale.

But in general, rentals within the city are rare.

But something one-of-a-kind has hit the market for $1800 per month.

A new development on the golf course and steps away from the Diamondhead Country Club, tennis courts and pool has a few new condominium buildings, and two-bedroom property is for rent, according to Apartments.com.

Nearly brand new, the condo at 250 Fairway Villas Circle is located on the second floor of a the building and is available for a 12-month lease.

It comes with a private balcony, hard wood flooring and a full kitchen with granite counter tops, a washer and dryer.

The master bedroom comes equipped with a tiled shower and walk-in closet.

The condo is one of two rentals available in Diamondhead right now, according to Apartments. The other is a studio condo in Lakeside Villa that’s listed for $940 per month. The median rent price in Diamondhead was $1,000 from May 2021 to May 2022, according to data from Rent Hub.
