A new apartment complex is coming soon in D’Iberville. Two buildings are already full.
A new luxury apartment complex in D’Iberville is under construction and now leasing, with one, two and three-bedroom apartments available for rent.
The Landing at D’Iberville on Popp’s Ferry Road will open at a time when many other apartment property across the Coast are at 100% capacity and have long waiting lists.
Two buildings at The Landing are already sold out before construction is complete, the complex said in a Facebook post.
The complex, which can be seen from Interstate 10, has amenities including stainless steel appliances, and resort-style pool, a dog park, and in-unit washers and dryers.
One, two and three bedroom units are available, according to The Landing at D’Iberville’s website. Those interested in renting an apartment can apply online. $350 in fees are required during the application process: A $50 application fee, a $150 application deposit and a $150 administration fee.
One-bedroom units start at $1005 per month, two bedrooms start at $1205 and three bedrooms start at $1355.
The Landing at D’Iberville’s leasing office is now open.
Pre-leasing for the third building, set to open in January or February, is happening now, the complex confirmed in a Facebook message.
The Landing at D’Iberville is managed by Landmark Management Group, which also manages other complexes in D’Iberville.
As those looking to rent across the Coast are facing full complexes, home sales are also hot, a trend that’s been apparent here during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Median home sales in Hancock, Harrison and Jackson counties are higher in 2021 than they were in 2020 and 2019, according to data from Redfin.
