BILOXI -- A Florida woman missing in South Mississippi since June 6 has been found safe in Biloxi, police said.

Tina Plourde, 31, of Pensacola was found Wednesday morning.

Someone who noticed her picture in news reports saw her outside a Biloxi residence and called Biloxi police, Sgt. O'Neil Adams said.

She is in good health and said she was not the victim of any foul play during the time she was reported missing.

She had been seen leaving the Flamingo Hotel on U.S. 90, in Biloxi, about 8 p.m. June 6.

Her fiancé reported her missing, telling police she had told him she'd gotten another hotel room for them, but she left without him.

"She left on her own free will," Adams said.

Her family had told police it was unusual for her to go more than a couple of days without contacting them.

Adams said police appreciate the assistance of the media and residents who tried to look for her.
