Honk shoooo, honk shoooooo. Someone is really getting their zzzz's. And they're so stinkin' cute! People on the internet couldn't get over the way that a mini pony on TikTok was caught snoozing. The animal is such a charmer. Even the way he sleeps is adorable, as a video online proves.

Oops, we've woken him up. The little guy was soooo sleepy in the clip shared online. The mini horse was resting on a pile of hay in the clip. That is, until his mama came over and startled him awake.

It was the most gentle wake up I've ever seen! What a little angel. He looked like he was dreaming of endless fields of hay. All the horse needed was a little love from his favorite human and he was awake. He was ready to take on the day!
"Interrupted his nap time," the video's caption jokes.
Commenters were so obsessed with the mini pony.
"How cute is that? Love it!" praised one commenter.
"Sweet baby, so precious," another commenter chimed in.
"OMG I just want to snuggle him," added another commenter.
"My God that pony is beautiful," gushed one person.
He really is! Here's hoping his mama let him go right back to sleep. He needs his beauty rest to get big and strong.
Horse, Pony, and Mini Horse Sizes
To say that this is a small mini pony is an understatement. He's perfectly pint-sized. But there is a big difference in size between a horse, a pony, and a mini horse. So what is the difference in size between the three anyway?
While all three are in the same family, horses are the largest of the three, often measuring 58 inches at their withers. Ponies are smaller than horses, but both are measured using hands, which are about 4 inches per hand.
Mini horses are unique because they do not use hands as a form of measurement. They are measured in inches and are usually no more than 38 inches tall.
So there you have it - they really are small!
