Dianna Russini and Husband Kevin Goldschmidt Share Two Kids Together - Including Son Michael
Sports broadcaster Dianna Russini is married to husband Kevin Goldschmidt, a Shake Shack executive. Their family includes two kids, and the name of their first son is getting some attention.
According to TMZ Sports, Russini and NFL Coach Mike Vrabel, who is also married, rented
"a private boat together for a day on the water ... just the 2 of them." They rented the boat in Putnam County, Tennessee back in June 2021, TMZ Sports reported. Russini and Vrabel have been the focal point of controversy every since photos of them emerged at an Arizona hotel.
"Russini was pregnant at the time with her first child," TMZ Sports reported of the boat trip. Raising eyebrows, the child was named Michael, Page Six reported. Russini and Goldschmidt later had a child together named Joey, rounding out their family of four.

According to TMZ Sports, Russini and Goldschmidt married in 2020, and Vrabel has been married to his wife Jen since 1999.
Goldschmidt's LinkedIn page says he is vice president of Total Rewards and HR Technology at Shake Shack. He has worked at the company since 2019 and is based in New York City.
Before that, he worked as a manager of executive compensation for Amerisource Bergen in Greater Philadelphia; was a senior executive compensation analyst for Aramark, also in Philadelphia; and was a senior analyst for the Hay Group.
He has a bachelor's degree in finance from Penn State.
Russini has now set her Instagram page to private. On the couple's third anniversary, she gushed about her husband, writing, "3 years. 2 babies. 1 new job. 0 regret," Page Six reported.
In 2026, she did joke on a podcast about distance emerging with her husband, saying, "He doesn't even know who I am right now. Our text messages look like two robots." She added that her busy schedule was keeping her disconnected from her husband.

According to People, Russini and Vrabel has been the subject of controversy since photos surfaced showing them together at the Arizona hotel in March 2026. Other photos showing them together over the years have since surfaced.
Vrabel married Goldschmidt "six months after she and Vrabel were seen getting cozy at an NYC bar," reported Page Six.
Russini resigned from her reporting position at The Athletic in the wake of the controversy, and Vrabel announced he was undergoing counseling, People reported.
"I take accountability for my actions and the actions that caused a distraction to the people that I care most about. My family, this football team, the organization and the fans," Vrabel said on April 23 during a news conference.
"My priorities are my family and this football and in that order," he said. "There's a balance there that I'm going to create. My family needs me this weekend and that's where I'll be."
