Country music star with 12 No. 1 singles is headed to South MS on his new tour
Country music artist Billy Currington is coming to South Mississippi to play The Sound Amphitheater in Gautier.
His 2025 tour will hit Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Boston and Austin before coming to the Coast on Friday, Sept. 26, with special guest Owen Riegling.
Currington has 12 No. 1 singles, like “People Are Crazy,” “Good Directions,” and “Must Be Doin’ Somethin’ Right.”
Presale tickets are available starting at 10 a.m. Thursday and tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday through Ticketmaster and other ticket-sales platforms.
The 2025 schedule opened with Willie Nelson and five other concerts are already announced for this year at The Sound:
June 1 — Rick Springfield: I Want My 80’s Tour with John Waite, Wang Chung, John Cafferty
June 12 — Old Dominion
July 19 — Three Dog Night & Little River Band
July 27 — Counting Crows
Aug. 3 —Skillet, known for fusion of hard rock, electronic elements and thought-provoking lyrics
