Gautier High School student dies after medical emergency at field house, police say
A student died Thursday after a medical emergency at Gautier High School, police said.
Authorities were called to the school’s field house at 3:40 p.m. and found the student suffering a medical emergency, Police Chief David Bever said.
The student was brought to Ocean Springs Hospital, where he later died, Bever said.
The nature of the medical emergency is unclear.
