William L. Guice IV
William L. Guice IV of Biloxi is husband of Patti A. Guice. They are the parents of William Riggs and Julia Lyles Guice. He is the son of William L. Guice III and Carolyn Ann Guice.
William is a graduate of Coast Episcopal High School. He received a bachelor's degree in economics from Washington and Lee University and a master's degree in business administration from Millsaps College Else School of Management. He also attended the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.
He is co-owner and co-founder of Guice Offshore LLC and a partner in Guice Spinner Holdings, a real estate investment company. He previously served in the United States Navy Reserve achieving the rank of Lieutenant as an intelligence officer.
William is a member of the Order of Mithras and serves as a board member of Mississippi Gulf Coast Big Game Fishing Club. He and his family attend Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church.

David N. Harris Jr.
David N. Harris Jr. grew up in Ocean Springs and currently lives in Biloxi with his wife Anna Stanfield Harris and his daughter Mary Swinton Harris. He is the oldest son of the honorable and Mrs. D. Neil Harris Sr. of Ocean Springs.
He graduated from Ocean Springs High School, where he played football, was a member of the Ocean Springs Marching Band, and a member the National Honor Society. David attended Southern Methodist University as an engineering honors scholar where he received a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering with biomedical specializations. While at SMU, he was a member of the Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity.
After graduating from SMU, he worked in a medical research laboratory at the University of Texas, Southwest Medical Center. The result of some of his engineering work was published in the Journal of the International Anesthesia Research Society. He then worked as an electrical systems engineer on maritime ships, including U.S. Navy vessels and commercial oil drilling ships, in the United States and Europe. In 1999, David attended the University of Mississippi School of Law. After graduating from Ole Miss, he returned to the Mississippi Gulf Coast to begin his law practice. He is a partner at the Corban, Gunn, Van Cleave Law Firm in Biloxi, where he handles personal injury lawsuit, business matters, and estate planning. David is admitted to practice law in the courts of Mississippi, the United States District Court, and the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans.
David is a member of the Biloxi Rotary Club, past board member of Hands On Mississippi, past executive committee member for the Biloxi Bay District for Pine Burr Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America, a member of the National Eagle Scouts Association, a charter member of Boy Scout Troop 271 in Ocean Springs and a coach for the Biloxi High School Mock Trial Team. He is a member of the Mary C. O'Keefe Cultural Center, Walter Anderson Museum of Art and the Ohr-O'Keefe Museum of Art.
David and his family are members of St. Mark's Episcopal Church in Gulfport. David is a member of the Order of Mithras, and The Revelers.
GCCA affiliation: David's wife Anna was GCCA flag bearer and later a maid in 1994. His father-in-law, Dr. Gordon Stanfield was a duke in 2008.
Wade Howk
Wade Howk of Gulfport is husband of Amy Howk. They are the parents of Carter and Grant Howk. He is the son of Wade Howk and Kathy Howk.
He is a graduate of Harrison Central High School. He received a bachelor's degree in management and a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Southern Mississippi. He also earned an MBA from William Carey University. He is a graduate of Leadership Gulf Coast, Leadership Mississippi and Gulf Coast Business Council Masters Class.
He is a CPA and works as vice president of operations at Boomtown Casino Biloxi. He is owner of Palm and Hammock LLC. He also serves as an adjunct professor at the University of Southern Mississippi and Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College.
Wade is past president of USM Gulf Coast Metro Alumni Board, president of St. James Football Club, finance chair of Leadership Gulf Coast, co-chair Gumbo Cookoff for Biloxi Seafood Festival. Wade is a member of Mississippi Gulf Resort Classic Ambassador Club, Mississippi Gulf Resort Classic Board, Mississippi Gulf Coast Chamber of Commerce Board, Gulf Coast Business Council, Gulfport Yacht Club Membership Committee, Mississippi Gaming and Hospitality Association, March of Dimes Board, University of Southern Mississippi Gulf Coast Business Advisory Council and St. James Catholic Church Finance Committee.
He and his family are members of St. James Catholic Church. He is a member of Gulfport Yacht Club, Bayou Bluff Tennis Club, Gulfport Business Club, Biloxi Businessman's Club, AICPA, MSCPA. He is a USM Alumni Life Member and a Jack Daniel's Tennessee Squire. Randall Ladner
Randall Ladner is a resident of Gulfport. He is engaged to Teresa Rankin of Biloxi. He is the son of Mr. Dyllus Ladner and Mrs. Wilda Dedeaux Ladner.
He is a 1978 graduate of Gulfport High School where he was a member of Distributive Education Clubs of America. He attended Phillips College in Gulfport and holds a Bachelor of Science in electronic engineering technology.
He is a senior group representative with Aflac Group Insurance of Columbia, S.C. He is president of the Mississippi Association of Health Underwriters. Previously he worked for Computer Sciences Corp. at the John C. Stennis Space Center as a technician, engineer and manager supporting the National Data Buoy Center and NASA.
Randall attends St. James Catholic Church in Gulfport. He is a member of the board of Les Cavaliers Mardi Gras Krewe. Previously he was a member of the Gulf Coast Rotary Club and a Paul Harris Fellow.
Paul D. Lair
Paul D. Lair of Houston, Texas, is the husband of Janet Arlene Lair. They are the parents of two children: a son, George Cameron Lair, who is married to Anna Bergeron Lair; and a daughter, Kelly Nicole Lair.
Paul is the son of the late George Harold Lair and the late Margarette Francis Lair. He attended Robert E. Lee High School in Houston. He holds a bachelor's degree in petroleum land management from the University of Houston.
He holds the position of senior land manager with Enterprise Products Company in Houston, Texas.
Paul is a past baseball coach of Alief, Bear Creek and West Oaks Little League Associations, as well as being a past coach of all-star and traveling leagues. He actively donates to and participates in Houston 100 Club, American Cancer Society and United Way.

Roman Mayer
Roman Mayer of Gulfport is the husband of Kathleen Mayer. They have three daughters: Karin Mayer, Jane-Perrin Mayer and Victoria Mayer. Roman is the son of Roman H. Mayer and Karin Ludwig.
He is a graduate of Rye High School in Rye, N.Y., where he was a 3-year member of the wrestling team. He is a graduate of Wittenberg University where he was a member of Phi Kappa Psi fraternity and a 4-year member of the rugby team.
He is currently employed as an account executive at Verint Systems of Melville, N.Y. He also is a partner in NKS Management, operating five Newk's Eateries on the Gulf Coast.
Roman and his family are members of the Gulfport Yacht Club and Bayou Bluff Tennis Club. His daughters, Karin and Victoria, currently attend the University of Mississippi while Jane-Perrin attends Gardner Webb University and is a member of the soccer team.

His niece Reed Bourgeois was a page in 2000. His daughter Victoria was a flag bearer in 2010. His niece Elizabeth Bourgeois was a maid in 2014. Mayer also was a duke in 2011.
Dr. Michael A. McKay
Dr. Michael A. McKay of Biloxi is married to K. Brooke Shoultz. They are the parents of Ginger, Katie, and Christopher McKay. He is the son of Dr. Robert M. McKay and Catherine Woodard McKay.
He graduated from Comeaux High School where he was a three-year letterman in football and baseball. He was Spartan of the Year, president of Key Club and a member of the Honor Society. He attended Louisiana State University where he was a member of Phi Gamma Delta and holds a bachelor's degree in biochemistry.
Michael is a physician in Gulfport where he is a partner in Premier Women's Health. He served on the Medical Executive Committee for Garden Park Hospital for 20 year. He previously served in the United States Navy Reserve as a Lieutenant Commander.
He is a member of Trinity United Methodist Church in Gulfport. He is a member of the Gulfport Yacht Club, Great Southern Club and Windance Golf Club. He enjoys spending his leisure time hunting, fishing and gardening.
Ivan Michael Spinner
Ivan Michael Spinner of Biloxi is husband of Kelly Spinner. The couple are parents of Logan, Austin and Bella Spinner.
He is a graduate of Spanish High School where he played on the state and national champion tennis team. He was awarded a scholarship to Penn State University. At Penn State, he earned a bachelor's degree in business. He was a three-time All Big Ten Conference and Division 1 Eastern Division Senior Player of the Year. He was inducted into the PSU Sport Museum.
He is president of Spinner Real Estate Holdings and Insurance Specialist Group. He served for three years as a basketball coach for Our Lady of Fatima Elementary School.
