Red grouper season closes Thursday

Officials with the Mississippi Department of Marine Resources have announced that the recreational season for red grouper will close at 12:01 a.m. Thursday in Mississippi territorial waters.

This order comes through the authority granted to the executive director of the MDMR by the Mississippi Commission on Marine Resources.
