New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees visited Walk-On’s Bistreaux & Bar in Shreveport, one of four locations he co-owns with his wife, KSLA reported, and made one Saints fan so happy he couldn't contain it all.

Brees signed autographs for fans and took questions from the media, but the most special moment came when he surprised Hunter Glass, bringing the 10-year-old to tears of joy.

Brees signed an autograph for Hunter, who has cerebral palsy, and told him that he was a special kid, KSLA reported.

It was Hunter’s wish to meet the Saints star, and the Pay It Forward Networking organization helped to make it possible.
