Shuckers-Braves will play doubleheader Friday after Thursday opener postponed

Thursday’s scheduled series opener between Biloxi Shuckers and Mississippi Braves at MGM Park has been postponed due to Tropical Storm Cindy. The game will be made up as part of a Friday doubleheader beginning at 5:35 p.m. The MGM Park gates will open at 5 p.m. The twin bill will feature a pair of seven-inning games, with Game 2 starting approximately 30 minutes after the conclusion of game one.

Any fan with a ticket to Thursday’s game may exchange it for a ticket of equal value, based on seating availability, for any future 2017 regular season, non-restricted home game. Exchanges are accepted exclusively at the MGM Park box office.

The first 1,500 fans through the gates on Friday will receive a Mascot Bank, featuring Schooner the Seagull..
