Four West Harrison soccer players sign scholarships

Four West Harrison soccer standouts are headed to the next level.

The Hurricanes held a signing ceremony at the school Thursday.

Brooke Fritts signed with Southwest Mississippi Community College. Jonathan Page and Tylor Davis both signed with Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College. Summer Hansen signed with William Carey.

As a senior, Hansen registered five goals and six assists, while Fritts, a skillful defender, played an important role on the team's run to a Class 5A South State title.

Davis and Page formed one of the more dangerous duos on the Coast. Davis led WHHS with 17 goals and also had eight assists. Page led the Canes with 14 helpers and had 11 goals.
