Prep roundup: OLA claims Pass High golf tournament

Our Lady Academy's girls golf team won the Pass High tournament at The Oaks on Thursday. Callee Breland was the low medalist at 36. Kati Albright and Gabby Zimmerman shot a 48 and 55 respectively.

Softball

East Central 9, Bay 2: Madie Sparks pitched a complete-game gem Thursday, allowing just three hits to improve to 8-1 for ECHS (13-5, 6-1). Maranda Busby had a double and a triple. Ramee Taylor had two hits and three RBIs.

St. Patrick 7, Seminary 1: Morgan Redmond struck out nine in four scoreless innings to improve to 10-0. Raylen Blackwell had two hits and an RBI for St. Patrick (22-0). Anna Grace Castanedo had one hit and two RBIs.
