Prep Roundup: Harrison Central nips Long Beach

Harrison Central beat Long Beach 5-3 on Tuesday night at Long Beach. Kristen Cade struck out 10, while allowing only 1 hit and 3 unearned runs to earn the pitching victory. Kristen also had 2 hits, including an RBI double. Zharia Richardson added 2 hits, while Desirea Lindsey and Kayla Cade added RBI singles. The Red Rebelettes are now 4-2 on the season.

Biloxi 15, Bay 0: Olivia Holley pitched a four-hit shutout for Biloxi (5-1-1) while striking out four. Carlie Vice hit a two-run homer, a solo homer and a double.

Hancock 15, Gautier 0: Rylee Swilley struck out nine and allowed one hit. Brailey Smith and Swilley each had three hits and three RBI.
