Prep roundup: Jones scores 29, White has triple-double in St. Martin win

St. Stanislaus 2, Terry 0: Beau Rimmer and Austin Miller scored for the Rockachaws (10-2-1). Owen Betz picked up his third straight shutout. SSC hosts Bay High at 7 p.m. Friday.

St. Martin girls 49, Terry 46: Savannah Jones led St. Martin (12-1) with 29 points and 12 rebounds. Daphane White had 10 points, 17 rebounds, 11 blocks.

Gulfport 49, Newman (La.) 43: Alton Conerly led GHS (8-4) in the Newman Tournament with 14 points.

Olive Branch 52, Gulfport 46: Jatiah Lathan and Alexus Marsh led GHS (8-4) against top-ranked Olive Branch with 11 and nine points respectively. GHS travels to West Harrison on Tuesday.

Forest girls 60, D'Iberville 49: Casey Ferguson led D'Iberville (4-5) with 21 points and 12 rebounds.
