Ocean Springs takes first in Sugar Bowl High School Regatta

The Ocean Springs sailing team placed first in the Sugar Bowl High School Regatta this past weekend in New Orleans.

The team sailed consistently throughout the weekend to lead from start to finish. Ocean Springs had finished 10th in the Great Oaks Regatta in November and third in the High School Fleet Racing Championships to start the season. Members of the team include coach David Grafton, Danielle Zwerg, Matthew Demboski, Crew Stanley, Haley Baker and Nicholas Gault.
