No. 8 Harrison Central continued its winning ways in Region 4-6A on Friday with a tight 28-24 victory over No. 2 Ocean Springs.

Linebacker Aaron Rainey was a big reason for the Red Rebels' success. The senior, who has been one of Harrison Central's leaders all season, recorded 15 tackles in the game. No tackle was bigger than his sack with 20 seconds remaining in the game. The Greyhounds had flipped the field on their final drive and were looking to go ahead in the last minute. Facing fourth-and-2 and the Red Rebels' 9, Rainey broke through the line and sacked quarterback Drew Windham.

"Aaron Rainey makes those plays all night long. I kind of get upset," HCHS coach Casey Cain said. "I wish I could coach him more than just one year. He's what you call a football player."

Rainey is among the Coast's tackle leaders this season with 126.
