The high school baseball playoffs are here. See the matchups across the Coast
The Mississippi high school baseball postseason is in full swing.
Numerous teams from the Coast are looking to extend their seasons as far as they can, with hopes of bringing home a state title.
It starts in Round 1 for upper classification teams this week while Class 1A-4A teams are rolling into Round 2.
Each matchup will be a best two-of-three series played over the weekend. Any necessary Game 3 will be played on Monday at the better seed’s home field.
Every series will begin play on Friday except Poplarville vs Newton County, which will start on Thursday.
