Week 6 biggest stars: D’Iberville standouts among Coast’s top performers
These were the top performers from week six on the Coast.
Jordan Ramsey, Biloxi: Ramsey threw for 149 yards and a score and ran for another 78 yards and a touchdown in a 28-24 loss to St. Martin.
Chan Harvey, D’Iberville: Harvey ran for 107 yards and a touchdown in the 25-7 win over West Harrison.
Jordan Walley, D’Iberville: Walley completed 12 of 13 passes for 146 yards, ran for 70 yards and scored twice on the ground.
Chaston Walley, D’Iberville: The defensive back made six stops, one interception, one pass breakup and recovered a fumble.
Cooper Crosby, Gulfport: Crosby rushed for 160 yards and five touchdowns for the Admirals in their 41-28 win over Ocean Springs. Totaled 202 all-purpose yards.
Javon Anderson, Gulfport: Anderson made six tackles and three sacks working against Miss. St. commit Jayden Ross. He also forced a fumble and returned a block punt for a touchdown.
Andre Peters, Gulfport: The inside linebacker led the Admirals with 15 tackles and made one tackle for loss.
Lawrence Robertson, Gulfport: Robertson made eight stops from the interior of the defensive line, including one sack.
Junior Brown, Long Beach: The Bearcat running back totaled 92 rushing yards and one touchdown on just six carries in a 35-7 loss to South Jones.
Jayden Brown, Moss Point: Brown recorded 13 tackles, four tackles for loss and a fumble recovery in a 6-0 5OT loss to Forrest Co. AHS.
Landon Cato, Moss Point: Cato made a season-high 15 tackles to lead the Tigers’ defense.
Terrance Jones, Moss Point: The senior defensive back intercepted two Aggie passes and recorded a pair of tackles.
Jackson Jaden, Moss Point: Jaden made three stops, intercepted a pass and forced a fumble for the Tigers.
Solomon Baggett, Ocean Springs: Baggett rushed for 230 yards and two touchdowns in the loss to Gulfport.
Paris Trivillion, Pass Christian: Trivillion threw for 100 yards and a score and made plays with his feet, gaining 185 yards on the ground with another touchdown in a 28-14 win over Greene County.
Cecil Lizana, Pass Christian: The junior totaled 101 all-purpose yards and found the end zone once for the Pirates.
Ty Keys, Poplarville: Keys ran for 285 yards and three touchdowns in the Hornets’ 35-34 loss to McComb.
Seth Crockett, St. Martin: Crockett was responsible for all four of the Yellow Jackets’ touchdowns in their win over Biloxi, three coming on the ground and one through the air.
Ayden Green, Stone: The sophomore back picked up 110 yards on six carries and scored twice in a 42-7 win over St. Stanislaus.
Zander Howard, Stone: Howard completed eight of nine passes for 168 yards and two touchdowns.
Dezi Curley, West Harrison: Curley had a punt of 47 yards downed at the eight yard-line and a 45-yard punt downed at the 13.
