Two MS Coast softball teams will play for a state title. Here’s the schedule
George County baseball is lone South Mississippi diamond team remaining now that East Central and Lady Rebel softball both claimed state titles.
The Rebels are in Pearl to face Saltillo at Trustmark Park this week with a shot to make it back-to-back championships.
Here’s the schedule.
- Game one: Saltillo 4, George County 3
- Game two: George County vs Saltillo, May 21 at 7 p.m.
- Game three: May 24 at 10 a.m. (if needed)
Softball
George County vs Neshoba Central
- Game one: George County 4, Neshoba Central 1
- Game two: Neshoba Central 7, George County 6
- Game three: George County 10, Neshoba Central 7
East Central vs Lafayette
- Game one: East Central 10, Lafayette 3
- Game two: East Central 10, Lafayette 6
