Who will be the Mississippi Coast Athlete of the Week for March 24? Vote now in our poll
The Mississippi Coast made history last week when three schools participated in the state’s first flag football games during a jamboree hosted by Vancleave with St. Martin and East Central.
The new sport begins in earnest on Thursday. Standouts from jamboree and the first week of district play on the diamond are featured in this week’s poll.
Athletes are nominated this week out of Hancock, Harrison Central, Long Beach, Ocean Springs, Vancleave and Stone. This is not a scientific poll, and you can vote as many times as you’d like until voting ends at noon Monday, March 31, at sunherald.com.
Last week’s winner: Bryan Travis, Harrison Central
