The postseason has arrived in South Mississippi for basketball and soccer and local stars rose to the challenge.
Mississippi Coast athletes are nominated this week from Biloxi, George County, Hancock, Ocean Springs and St. Stanislaus.
This is not a scientific poll, and you can vote as many times as you’d like until voting ends at noon Monday, Feb. 17, at sunherald.com.

- Aubrey Hill, Biloxi girls basketball: Hill led the Indians with 16 points in the R4-7A region championship win over St. Martin.
- Jeremiah Bolton, George County boys basketball: Bolton recorded 29 points, six rebounds and five assists in a win over Hancock.
- Riley Bishop, Hancock girls basketball: Bishop had 18 points to lead the Hawks in their R4-6A championship game win over West Harrison.
- Camden Hayes, Ocean Springs boys soccer: Hayes scored all four Greyhound goals in a playoff win over Biloxi.
- Max Baria, St. Stanislaus boys basketball: Baria totalled 23 points and three blocks to leads the Rocks past St. Patrick in the R8-3A championship game.
