- Andre Crosby, D’Iberville: Crosby gained 103 rushing yards on 17 carries in the 38-19 loss to Gulfport.
- Jayquan Havard, D’Iberville: Havard ran for 100 yards and a touchdown for the Warriors.
- Caleb Triplett, D’Iberville: Triplett led with 14 tackles and a pass deflection.
- Trey Irving, Gautier: Irving threw for 239 yards and three touchdowns while rushing for another score in a 31-8 win over Wayne County.
- Fred Nicholson, Gautier: Nicholson led the Gators with 14 tackles and a tackle for loss.
- Deuce Knight, George County: Knight completed 10 passes for 329 yards and three touchdowns in a 51-41 win over Hancock.
- Branden Gautier, George County: Gautier ran for 183 yards for the Rebels.
- Brenn Moody, George County: Moody caught three passes for 144 yards and a touchdown.
- DJ McNair, George County: McNair caught four passes for 100 yards and a score.
- Montrell Dortch, George County: Dortch picked up 117 all-purpose yards and one receiving touchdown.
- Kohl Bradley, George County: Bradley recorded 21 tackles and two pass deflections on defense.
- Caison Little, George County: Little picked up 12 tackles, three tackles for loss and a sack.
- Tyneke Davis, George County: The defensive lineman tallied 16 total stops.
- Kaison Koenenn, Hancock: Koenenn rushed for 202 yards and four touchdowns in the loss to George County.
- Jorden Anderson, Harrison Central: Anderson threw for 128 yards and ran for another 102 in a 48-3 loss to Ocean Springs.
- Will Smith, Ocean Springs: Smith ran for 175 yards and two touchdowns in the win over Harrison Central.
- Bryant Ausmer, Ocean Springs: Ausmer registered seven tackles, five tackles for loss and three sacks.
- Ricky Orso, Ocean Springs: Orso had five tackles, two sacks, a forced fumble and a fumble recovery.
- Amarie Jackson, Pascagoula: Jackson racked up 150 rushing yards and a touchdown in a 50-21 win over Long Beach.
- Paris Trivillion, Pass Christian: The sophomore completed 14 of 17 passes for 209 yards and two touchdowns while running for another score in a 41-0 win over Moss Point.
- Jacquez Alexander-Dedeaux, Pass Christian: Alexander-Dedeaux rushed for 130 yards and three touchdowns.
- Darrell Smith, Picayune: Smith ran up 253 rushing yards and three scores and caught a 41-yard touchdown pass in a 69-50 win over West Harrison.
- Sydney Blackmon, Poplarville: Blackmon threw for 72 yards and rushed for 94 yards with two touchdowns in a 43-37 win over Tylertown.
- Nick Miller, Poplarville: Miller ran for 92 yards and two touchdowns on only 10 carries and caught a 41-yard pass.
- Stephen Hutchison, St. Stanislaus: Hutchison rushed for 117 yards and a touchdown in a 37-0 win over St. Patrick.
- Adam Oliver, St. Stanislaus: Oliver caught five passes for 88 yards and two touchdowns.
- Hunter Harper, Vancleave: Harper rushed for 80 yards and two touchdowns on just seven carries in a 37-13 win over Stone.
- Jordan Stapleton, West Harrison: Stapleton ran for 242 yards and three touchdowns in the loss to Picayune.
- Trey Harris, West Harrison: Harris picked up 227 rushing yards and three touchdowns for the Hurricanes.
