South Mississippi high school football: Week 7 final scores and region standings

District football has fully arrived on the Mississippi Coast.

The games truly matter now and there were some especially big ones are the Week 7 docket. That included a Thursday special between Gulfport and Biloxi.

A monumental Region 4-6A showdown played out in Picayune between the Maroon Tide and Pascagoula, Stone and Laurel played a R4-5A game that will shape the title race early and West Harrison and Hancock battled to establish a quick foothold in the playoff race out of R4-6A.
