Which high school has the best game day atmosphere on the Mississippi Coast? Vote now

The pageantry of Friday night lights continues to bear down on us. Tailgates, fireworks, music and smoke will take over stadiums around the Coast’s lower six counties in just a few short weeks.

Each week we’re finding out where the best places to watch Mississippi Coast football is. So far we’ve learned the best dance and cheer teams belongs to D’Iberville and the best band belongs to Harrison Central.

Now we’re asking fans to point us to the best game day atmosphere in South Mississippi.

This is not a scientific poll, and you can vote as many times as you’d like until voting ends at noon on Wednesday, Aug. 7 at www.sunherald.com.

While you’re voting, you can make sure you’re just as prepared for the season as we are.
