It’s time to vote for the Sun Herald’s MS Coast Athlete of the Week for Feb. 26
The Final Four has arrived and three Coast teams successfully punched their ticket to Jackson over the weekend.
Stars that shined in the quarterfinal are in today’s poll, as well the debut of baseball and softball standouts across the Coast.
This is not a scientific poll, and you can vote as many times as you’d like until voting ends at noon on March 4, at sunherald.com.

- Brooklyn Cuevas, Hancock girls basketball: Cuevas dropped 33 points in the Lady Hawks’ win over Port Gibson.
- Dorian McMillian, Pascagoula boys basketball: Mr. Basketball 6A scored 15 points for the Panthers in their win over West Harrison.
- Jamyria Robinson, St. Martin girls basketball: Robinson led the Yellow Jackets with 12 points in their win against Meridian.
- Emile Pace, Poplarville baseball: Pace picked up six hits over four games last week with three runs driven in. Also pitched 6.2 scoreless innings against Richton with 12 strikeouts.
- Walker Seymour, Bay High baseball: Seymour allowed one unearned run in five innings with eight strikeouts against St. Martin. Also picked up a double and scored a run.
- Kyler King, Picayune baseball: King had three hits, a double and five RBIs against Gautier. Picked up six hits and scored seven runs across three games last week.
- Caroline Batson, Stone softball: Batson allowed one run across 10 innings pitched between wins against St. Martin and Loyd Star, striking out 18 batters in the process. Also had six hits and four RBIs over four games.
